About
Hi, I’m Chris McArdle.
A solo builder helping businesses implement AI and automation that hold up in the real world. Based in the St. Petersburg / Gulfport, Florida area.
From help desk to AI systems.
My path into this work started in technical support, helping real estate agents get their tools working. It taught me that technology only matters if people can actually use it.
From there I moved into full-stack development. From 2019 to 2024 I was a developer and consultant at a global tech consulting firm, building cloud contact centers, internal tools, and enterprise solutions for companies like 3M and Caterpillar, major healthcare organizations, and federal government projects requiring Public Trust clearance. Along the way I spent years deep in GoHighLevel, building automations and integrations for agencies and their clients. I learned where systems break, and how to build them so they don’t.
Today I focus on AI implementation: integrating Claude and other LLMs into real workflows, automating the busywork around CRMs and communication, and building custom tools. I also build my own products, like HarborSignal.ai, because shipping my own systems keeps me honest about what works.
