Event staffing company: lead-to-payment automation
For a high-volume mobile bartending and event staffing company, I built a fully automated lead-to-payment system using GoHighLevel and Stripe: a custom multi-step quote form, automated lead routing, SMS and email follow-ups, UTM tracking, and Stripe-powered invoice flows, all managed through GHL workflows.
The result: no more manual quoting, faster response times, and full visibility into lead sources and conversion rates.

A maritime intelligence platform that turns live AIS vessel-tracking data into trading signals for shipping stocks. It watches port activity at Los Angeles/Long Beach, Shanghai, Singapore, Rotterdam, and Houston for vessel anomalies, and its Signal Lab A/B tests multiple AI model variants to see which signals hold up.
Built from scratch on Node.js, DynamoDB, and the Anthropic (Claude) SDK, as accessible alternative data instead of expensive enterprise feeds.
