BARMASTERS Mobile Bartending
For Barmasters, a high-volume event staffing company, I built a fully automated lead-to-payment system using GoHighLevel and Stripe.
We set up a custom multi-step quote form, automated lead routing, SMS/email follow-ups, UTM tracking, and Stripe-powered invoice flows—all managed through GHL workflows. This eliminated manual quoting, sped up response time, and gave them full visibility into lead sources and conversion rates.
